A very easy and yummy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 100 g instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 pastry cases
Method

Step 1Beat sour cream and milk until smooth.

Step 2Add the pudding mix and continue beating until mixture thickens.

Step 3Pour into base and chill for at least an hour.
Recipe Notes
I always decorate the top with fresh strawberries but any fruit would work well.
