This is really nice and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 440 g canned tuna in springwater
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 cucumber chopped
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cup celery stick chopped
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 440 g mushrooms chopped juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
Method

Step 1Place onion and celery in a saucepan with a little butter and cook until soft.

Step 2Add flour, cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 3Gradually add milk, stir over heat until mixture boils and thickens.

Step 4Stir in cheese, remove from heat, add egg, cucumbers, tuna, champignons and juice, and mix well.

Step 5Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with a little cheese and bake at 180C until slightly bubbling and browned.
