This is a quick and easy variation on the normal alfredo pasta side dish. - jessicamartinez

Ingredients

  • 85 g alfredo pasta sauce
  • 85 g pasta
  • 95 g canned tuna in oil
  • 1/2 cup canned corn
  • 2 tbs cheese grated
  • 1 tsp chives *to serve
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Prepare alfredo pasta as per packet directions.
  • Step 2
    Add tuna and corn to pasta, and return to heat for one minute.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and add cheese, then set aside for another minute.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with chives and season before serving.
Recipe Notes
I use Continental brand pasta and sauce. This is great for an afternoon snack for two, served with a fresh loaf of buttered damper or toasted bread.
