This is a quick and easy variation on the normal alfredo pasta side dish.
Ingredients
- 85 g alfredo pasta sauce
- 85 g pasta
- 95 g canned tuna in oil
- 1/2 cup canned corn
- 2 tbs cheese grated
- 1 tsp chives *to serve
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to serve
Method

Step 1Prepare alfredo pasta as per packet directions.

Step 2Add tuna and corn to pasta, and return to heat for one minute.

Step 3Remove from heat and add cheese, then set aside for another minute.

Step 4Sprinkle with chives and season before serving.
Recipe Notes
I use Continental brand pasta and sauce. This is great for an afternoon snack for two, served with a fresh loaf of buttered damper or toasted bread.
