It is the most delicious tortellini that you will ever taste. Very easy and your guests won't believe that you made it by yourself.
Ingredients
- 250 g cheese tortellini
- 2 cups bechamel sauce
- 5 garlic cloves crushed
- 3/4 cup fresh coriander finely chopped
- 2 tbs butter
- 300 g shrimp boiled deveined peeled
- 230 g mushrooms sliced
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g cheese
Method

Step 1Boil the tortellini until al dente, then drain.

Step 2In a hot frying pan, melt the butter, then add gradually the garlic, mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until golden.

Step 3Add the coriander, stir ingredients and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile, heat the bechamel sauce and add the chicken stock cubes. Stir until combined.

Step 5Add shrimp mixture to the bechamel sauce.

Step 6Add 4 tablespoons of cheese and the salt, and stir well.

Step 7Place the tortellini in a baking dish, top with the sauce and stir.

Step 8Add remaining cheese and bake at 260C until bubbling and the cheese has melted.
