This is a really nice way of eating brussel sprouts - quick, easy and delicious. The kecap manis makes them a bit sweet.
Ingredients
- 15 Brussels sprouts quartered
- 3 tbs kecap manis
- 2 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Heat oil in a saucepan.

Step 2Add brussel sprouts and kecap manis and lower the heat to a medium level.

Step 3Saute for 15 minutes or until brussel sprouts are soft enough to eat.
Recipe Notes
You can use however many or few brussel sprouts as you like, depending on how many people there are. The amount of kecap manis is entirely up to you as well and depends on you as well and on how sweet you want the brussel sprouts to be. Other vegetables can be added.
