Ingredients

  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbs tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbs light soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 kg chicken drumstick skinless
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine honey, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce in a large non-stick baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Add the drumsticks, coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Turn in the marinade 2-3 times.
  • Step 3
    Preheat oven to 180C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and place in a single layer on tray.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked and golden, turning and brushing with the marinade 2-3 times.
  • Step 6
    Serve warm or cold.
