A perfect winter warmer and is a family favourite in our house.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cabbage
- 1 leek
- 250 g pork belly
- 100 g chorizo sausage spicy
- 2 x 1 L Campbell's Real Spanish Soup Base
- 1 tsp black cracked pepper
- 1/2 chilli hot small
- 1/2 bunch parsley
Method

Step 1Chop and brown belly pork in a little olive oil.

Step 2Then place all chopped ingredients, including pork and soup base, in a slow cooker. Set slow cooker on medium heat and cook for approx 5 hours.

Step 3Serve in large bowls and enjoy.
