Ingredients

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 1 red capsicum medium
  • 200 g green beans
  • 80 ml thickened cream
  • 40 g KEEN'S Creamy Mustard Meatballs Recipe Base sachet

Method

  • Step 1
    Roll beef mince into 24 meatballs. Brown meatballs in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add mushroom, capsicum and beans. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix KEEN'S Creamy Mustard Meatballs Recipe Base with ½ cup (125ml) of water until well combined. Pour over meatballs and vegetables and stir through. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir through cream and serve over rice.
