Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 1 red capsicum medium
- 200 g green beans
- 80 ml thickened cream
- 40 g KEEN'S Creamy Mustard Meatballs Recipe Base sachet
Method

Step 1Roll beef mince into 24 meatballs. Brown meatballs in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add mushroom, capsicum and beans. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Step 2Mix KEEN'S Creamy Mustard Meatballs Recipe Base with ½ cup (125ml) of water until well combined. Pour over meatballs and vegetables and stir through. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir through cream and serve over rice.
