Baked potato with cream, garlic and chilli.
Ingredients
- 115 g potato peeled thinly sliced
- 2 garlic clove grated
- 500 ml double cream
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 10 spinach
Method

Step 1Preheat the oven to 160C.

Step 2Place a layer of potato slices in a gratin dish.

Step 3Season, add some of the garlic and sprinkle with chilli powder or paprika.

Step 4Repeat with 2 more layers of potatoes and seasonings.

Step 5Pour cream over potatoes.

Step 6Top with spinach leaves or sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Step 7Bake for 1-1½ hours until potato is tender.
Recipe Notes
Excellent as a snack or side dish. Paprika can be used. Mozzarella can substitute spinach.
