You will love every mouthful of this oven-baked salmon.
Ingredients
- 500 g Tassal salmon fillet skin off
- 3 orange sliced
- 2 fennel bulb sliced
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs fresh dill
- 1 pinch sea salt grinder salt *to taste
Method

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking tray.

Step 2Place sliced oranges and fennel in the middle of foil.

Step 3Place salmon on top and drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and add some dill.

Step 4Create a dome to seal in steam and juices, leaving a small space above the fish.

Step 5Bake for 25 mins then let it sit for 5 minutes before tearing open the foil. Garnish with some more fresh dill.
