This recipe is adapted from a French cookbook.
Ingredients
- 4 fennel bulb quartered trimmed washed
- 10 garlic clove peeled
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
Method

Step 1Save some soft green leaves from fennel for garnish.

Step 2Place fennel and garlic in a shallow baking dish.

Step 3Squeeze lime juice over fennel and pour olive oil over fennel and garlic.

Step 4Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes.
