Ingredients

  • 4 fennel bulb quartered trimmed washed
  • 10 garlic clove peeled
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced

Method

  • Step 1
    Save some soft green leaves from fennel for garnish.
  • Step 2
    Place fennel and garlic in a shallow baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Squeeze lime juice over fennel and pour olive oil over fennel and garlic.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes.
