A Vindaloo is one of the hottest curries around. Hugely popular in Indian restaurants throughout the UK, this dish originates from the Goa region of India. This recipe helps you make a really quick and easy Vindaloo at home. All you need is the cooking sauce and meat - our sauce already blends tomatoes and onions with cumin, extensive amounts of chillies and authentic spices - so no need for extra ingredients. However, if you are really game, then add some more chillies to the mix...but be careful!
Ingredients
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 350 g chicken pieces diced
- 350 g Patak's Vindaloo simmer sauce
- 150 g cauliflower chopped
Method

Step 1Heat oil in a pan, add diced chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes until browned.

Step 2Add cauliflower and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3Pour over the jar of Patak's Vindaloo sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Serve with rice.
