The secret to creating a really rich chicken flavour is to add KEEN’S curry powder to the cooking stock.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken thigh fillets
- 4 tbs KEEN'S Traditional Curry Powder
- 2 tsp McCormick garlic powder
- 2 cups chicken stock (liquid)
- 4 tbs whole-egg mayonnaise
- 3 spring onions finely sliced
- 4 tbs McCormick coriander leaves
- 4 hamburger buns
Method

Step 1To a medium saucepan, add 2 tbsp of KEEN’S curry powder, garlic powder and stock. Then add the chicken and bring to the boil.

Step 2Simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 3Remove the chicken and use two forks to shred the chicken into thin strands.

Step 4Combine the mayonnaise, remaining KEEN’S curry powder, spring onion, coriander leaves and stir well. Mix the chicken through the mayonnaise and serve in a warmed hamburger bun.
