These can be made with all your favourite pizza toppings.
Ingredients
- 12 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 seasoning
- 1 tomato sauce *to taste
- 6 slices salami *to taste
- 1 tsp Italian dried herbs optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Whisk eggs and sour cream together in a large bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray.

Step 3Pour in half the egg mixture, tilt pan to evenly distribute egg.

Step 4Cook for approximately 4 minutes, or until egg is almost set.

Step 5Spread sauce of choice gently over omelette with the back of a spoon.

Step 6Scatter toppings over omelette and finish with half the cheese and a sprinkle of herbs and garlic powder.

Step 7Cook under a hot grill until omelette starts to puff up and cheese starts to brown.

Step 8Gently slide omelette onto plate and keep warm while making next omelette.

Step 9Serve slices of omelette with salad and potato wedges.
Recipe Notes
Tastes great topped with Parmesan or Romano grated cheese. Omit meat for a vegetarian omelette. Options are: tomato sauce, pasta sauce or bbq sauce; salami, ham, chicken, mushrooms, black olives, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, chilli etc; pizza cheese or half cheddar and mozzarella. Italian herbs and garlic powder are optional.
