Slices make a terrific after-school treat. Quick and simple.
Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 250 g white marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cup Rice Bubbles
Topping
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk choc bits
Method

Step 1Grease a rectangular 18 cm x 28 cm slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper.

Step 2Combine butter, marshmallows and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 2 minutes, checking after 1 minute.

Step 3Stir in Rice Bubbles. Press mixture over base of prepared pan.

Step 4Topping: Combine both ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl and cook for about 1-1½ minutes.

Step 5Spread topping evenly over base. Refrigerate until set.

Step 6Cut slice into squares to serve.
Recipe Notes
I made mine in a square silicon pan. Found it easier to get out of pan and no paper stuck to the bottom of the slice.
