Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g white marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 cup Rice Bubbles

Topping

  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk choc bits

Method

  • Step 1
    Grease a rectangular 18 cm x 28 cm slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Combine butter, marshmallows and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 2 minutes, checking after 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Stir in Rice Bubbles. Press mixture over base of prepared pan.
  • Step 4
    Topping: Combine both ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl and cook for about 1-1½ minutes.
  • Step 5
    Spread topping evenly over base. Refrigerate until set.
  • Step 6
    Cut slice into squares to serve.
Recipe Notes
I made mine in a square silicon pan. Found it easier to get out of pan and no paper stuck to the bottom of the slice.
