This dessert is so simple to prepare, yet delivers a scrumptious, summer treat. It's light and fluffy and perfect for the warmer months. It's also a recipe that beginners can easily master.
Ingredients
- 1 can Carnation evaporated milk chilled
- 3 tbs caster sugar
- 5 tsp gelatine powder
- 3 passionfruit
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 600 ml whipped cream
Method

Step 1Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Allow to cool.

Step 2Whip carnation milk until fluffy then add sugar slowly.

Step 3Mix cooled gelatine into fluffy milk mixture.

Step 4Fold in the passionfruit.

Step 5Lightly grease cake tins and pour in the cake mixture.

Step 6Refrigerate and once ready to serve cover with whipped cream and sprinkle a layer of coconut on top.
Recipe Notes
Allow cooling time for the gelatine and refrigeration time before serving.
