Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups long grain rice, rinsed
  • 500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Fish
  • 500g jar Napoletana pasta sauce
  • 400g skinless white firm fish fillets, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 250g pkt feta, crumbled

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped parsley

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Heat oil in a large ovenproof pan on medium. Add rice, stirring for 1 min. Add Campbell’s Real Stock and pasta sauce. Bring to the boil.
  • Step 2
    Bake, covered for 15 min. Add fish and gently stir through. Bake for a further 10 min until the fish is cooked through. Top with crumbled feta.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
