An easy marinated lamb recipe similar to Korean stir-fried beef (bulgogi).
Ingredients
- 6 lamb loin chops, fat trimmed
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cm ginger finely grated
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp plain flour
Method

Step 1Place lamb chops in a shallow dish or bowl suitable for marinating.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together.

Step 3Pour marinade over chops, cover and refrigerate. Leave overnight if possible, otherwise a few hours is sufficient.

Step 4Cook chops on a barbeque grill or hot plate until done, basting the meat with extra marinade.
Recipe Notes
Frenched lamb cutlets can be used instead of loin chops.
