A very nice alternative to your typical bottled coleslaw dressing. - AngelDust

Ingredients

1/2 cup French salad dressing
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar

Method

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients and mix through your coleslaw.

This can also be used as a dressing in other salads. If you prefer a creamy sauce just omit the french dressing and sugar and use ½ mayonnaise and ½ lite cream with the other ingredients. Depending on the amount of coleslaw you have you may need to double the mixture.
