Ingredients

  • 8 egg
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 English muffins
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 tbs butter

Method

  • Step 1
    Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl and add water.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Whisk eggs and water until small bubbles appear on top of liquid.
  • Step 4
    Pour eggs into pan and use a spatula to gently push the eggs.
  • Step 5
    Toast muffins.
  • Step 6
    Eggs are ready when light and fluffy. Put desired amount on each muffin half.
  • Step 7
    Serve plain, or with salt and pepper. Garnish with some fresh parsley if desired.
