A vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
- 7 falafel small
- 1 baguette large
- 20 g hummus
- 20 g tzatziki
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
Method

Step 1Lightly spread baguette with hummus.

Step 2Layer falafels with red onion along baguette, top with grated carrot.

Step 3Drizzle tzatziki dip over top.
Recipe Notes
You can add any salad you like with these. If using large baguettes they can be sliced and are great for finger food.
