These are so easy but your guests will think they're gourmet.
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef mince
- 40 g French onion soup mix
- 1 egg
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a fork.

Step 2Cover and leave for approximately 30 minutes before cooking.

Step 3Roll into balls and cook in fry-pan or on BBQ pressing into patties while cooking.
Recipe Notes
Using the cheap French onion soup is nowhere near as good as the Continental brand. I find cooking on a BBQ is easier. They are great when making home-made hamburgers.
