This is a delicious, healthy meal, which is quick to prepare and economical.
Ingredients
- 20 g butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 425 g canned tuna drained
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 2 tbs toasted slivered almonds
- 3 egg
- 1/2 cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
- 3/4 cup spirals pasta shapes cooked
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Lightly grease a 20 cm square baking dish.

Step 3Melt butter in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté onions and curry powder for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Step 4Stir through tuna, sultanas and almonds. Cook for 1 minute until flavour mixes through.

Step 5Transfer tuna mixture to baking dish. Stir in the pasta.

Step 6In a jug, beat eggs, cream, milk and flour together, season to taste, and pour over tuna mix. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 7Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly browned. Serve with salad.
