A sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 140 g plain flour
- 190 g brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 150 g pecans chopped
- 100 g butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 150 g choc bits *optional
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together, blending well.

Step 3Drop tablespoons of mixture onto an ungreased baking tray.

Step 4Bake for 13-15 minutes.

Step 5Allow to cool slightly on tray before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Add chocolate bits to make crispy chocolate-pecan praline cookies.
