Ingredients

  • 280 ml double cream
  • 3 chicken breast fillets diced
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 lemon finely grated
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat up a small amount of the oil in the frying pan.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken and garlic to pan and fry until cooked.
  • Step 3
    Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
  • Step 4
    Once chicken has cooked, pour in the cream and add grated cheese.
  • Step 5
    Squeeze the lemon juice into the chicken mixture.
  • Step 6
    If the mixture needs thickening, add a small amount of cornflour and stir.
  • Step 7
    Drain pasta once cooked and mix through chicken.
