It is supposed to be made with pappardelle pasta, but I use any pasta shapes I have in the house.
Ingredients
- 280 ml double cream
- 3 chicken breast fillets diced
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 lemon finely grated
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method

Step 1Heat up a small amount of the oil in the frying pan.

Step 2Add chicken and garlic to pan and fry until cooked.

Step 3Cook pasta as per packet instructions.

Step 4Once chicken has cooked, pour in the cream and add grated cheese.

Step 5Squeeze the lemon juice into the chicken mixture.

Step 6If the mixture needs thickening, add a small amount of cornflour and stir.

Step 7Drain pasta once cooked and mix through chicken.
