Try this chicken breast meal and, believe me, your family or guests will be asking for more.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillet beaten
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 300 ml cream
- 2 bacon rashers chopped
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chicken stock (liquid)
- 1 pinch black pepper *to taste
- 1 tbs parmesan *to taste
- 1 pinch dried chives
Method

Step 1Fry chicken breasts in a little olive oil until cooked through. Remove from pan.

Step 2Add bacon, onion and garlic and sauté.

Step 3In a small bowl, add cream, mustard and chicken stock and mix together.

Step 4Add chicken back to pan and stir in cream mixture.

Step 5Bring to the boil, sprinkle with Parmesan, pepper and chives, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
