This is for something yummy and different.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillet halved
- 150 g Cornflakes crushed
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
- 2 egg
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method

Step 1Whisk eggs and milk.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 3Place chicken in egg wash, drain a little then place in cornflake mixture. Cover well on both sides.

Step 4Set aside on a plate and place in fridge for 20 minutes.

Step 5Heat oil on medium-high heat, cook on both sides for 5 minutes or until lightly golden and chicken is cooked through.
Recipe Notes
Serve with chips and salad. For spicy chicken schnitzel add a chopped long red chilli.
