These delicious truffles are great for giving as a gift or for a yummy dessert.
Ingredients
- 250 g sweet plain biscuits
- 440 g condensed milk
- 4 x 35 g Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars
- 250 g dark chocolate melts
Method

Step 1Crush biscuits and peppermint crisps using a food processor, or in a large snaplock bag with a rolling pin.

Step 2Place mixture in a bowl and stir in condensed milk.

Step 3Roll into small balls.

Step 4Dip into melted chocolate and refrigerate until set.

Recipe Notes
I used light condensed milk and decorated by piping squiggles of melted white chocolate on top.
Use plain sweet biscuits e.g. Marie or arrowroot.
