Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 1 zucchini medium
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 440 g cream-style canned corn
  • 1 packet chicken noodle instant soup
  • 1 packet Maggi chicken-flavoured 2-minute noodles

Method

  • Step 1
    Gently fry onion until transparent.

  • Step 2
    Dice chicken breast into small pieces and add to onion and partly cook.
  • Step 3
    Add grated zucchini, grated carrot, tin of creamed corn and packet of chicken noodle soup.
  • Step 4
    Cover with water and simmer until meat is cooked.
  • Step 5
    Lastly, add the 2-minute noodles and include flavour sachet for extra taste.
Recipe Notes

Corn kernels can be added to the recipe if you desire.
