Fast and easy. Really yummy.
Ingredients
- 12 ANZAC biscuits
- 250 g white chocolate
- 2 tbs sour cream
Method

Step 1Heat 3-4 Anzac biscuits at a time in the microwave. Mould them carefully into cupcake trays.

Step 2Microwave white chocolate for the maximum of a minute and a half, add the sour cream and stir until it is mixed through.

Step 3Top the biscuits with the chocolate and refrigerate until set.
