Ingredients

  • 12 ANZAC biscuits
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 2 tbs sour cream

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat 3-4 Anzac biscuits at a time in the microwave. Mould them carefully into cupcake trays.
  • Step 2
    Microwave white chocolate for the maximum of a minute and a half, add the sour cream and stir until it is mixed through.
  • Step 3
    Top the biscuits with the chocolate and refrigerate until set.

Equipment

  • 1 12-hole cupcake pan
