Ingredients
- 850 g canned beetroot drained whole
- 3 tbs Greek yoghurt
Method

Step 1Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.

Step 2Season to taste and serve with lightly toasted bread of your choice.

Recipe Notes
Serve with lavoush, ciabatta or turkish bread lightly toasted. This dip can keep up to 7 days in the fridge. Does not lose its brightness or colour.
