Ingredients

  • 850 g canned beetroot drained whole
  • 3 tbs Greek yoghurt

Method

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.
  • Step 2
    Season to taste and serve with lightly toasted bread of your choice.

  • 1 food processor
Recipe Notes
Serve with lavoush, ciabatta or turkish bread lightly toasted. This dip can keep up to 7 days in the fridge. Does not lose its brightness or colour.
