Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbs plum sauce
  • 3 tbs barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup French onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup fruit chutney
  • 3 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbs mixed herbs
  • 2 tbs plain flour

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together, shape into patties.
  • Step 2
    Roll in flour.
  • Step 3
    Cook on barbeque or fry in a pan.
  • Step 4
    Serve rissoles in a fairly thick gravy.
Recipe Notes
These are lovely the next day, if there is any left! You can use Hamburger Helper.
