A delicious treat at any time of year, but especially at Christmas time, these Baileys Irish Cream Truffles are easy to make and easier to devour!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Arnott's milk coffee biscuits crushed
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tbs cocoa
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish cream
- 1 tbs water
- 1 tbs honey
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and then roll into balls with wet hands.

Step 2Roll in chocolate sprinkles or coconut. Refrigerate before serving.
Recipe Notes
What can I use instead of Baileys?
If you don't have Baileys, you can use any Irish cream liqueur from your local bottle shop, or even try using Kahlua in this recipe; the taste will differ from the original recipe but the result will still be delicious.
