A delicious treat at any time of year, but especially at Christmas time, these Baileys Irish Cream Truffles are easy to make and easier to devour! - Spudy

Ingredients

1 cup Arnott's milk coffee biscuits crushed
1/2 cup coconut
1 tbs cocoa
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup Baileys Irish cream
1 tbs water
1 tbs honey

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and then roll into balls with wet hands.
Step 2

Roll in chocolate sprinkles or coconut. Refrigerate before serving.

What can I use instead of Baileys?

If you don't have Baileys, you can use any Irish cream liqueur from your local bottle shop, or even try using Kahlua in this recipe; the taste will differ from the original recipe but the result will still be delicious.
