Ingredients

  • 12 bacon rashers
  • 12 eggs

Method

  • Step 1
    Using a muffin tray line each muffin hole with bacon.
  • Step 2
    Trim bacon if needed to ensure bacon goes up the sides.
  • Step 3
    Break an egg into each hole and cook at 180C for around 10 minutes.

Equipment

  • 1 12-hole muffin pan
Recipe Notes

This is great for when you have lots of visitors and need a quick breakfast.

You can add other ingredients such as onion, feta and spinach.
