An easy and clean way to make bacon and eggs.
Ingredients
- 12 bacon rashers
- 12 eggs
Method

Step 1Using a muffin tray line each muffin hole with bacon.

Step 2Trim bacon if needed to ensure bacon goes up the sides.

Step 3Break an egg into each hole and cook at 180C for around 10 minutes.

- 1 12-hole muffin pan

This is great for when you have lots of visitors and need a quick breakfast.
You can add other ingredients such as onion, feta and spinach.
