A quick hearty comfort meal.
Ingredients
- 10 sausage cooked cut into pieces drained
- 800 ml apricot juice
- 50 g French onion soup mix
- 2 carrot large partially cooked sliced
- 4 potato cubed medium partially cooked
- 1 tbs chicken stock powder
- 75 g cream of chicken instant soup
- 3/4 tbs curry powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Heat apricot nectar, soup mixes and stock powder over a high heat, stir until thick, then turn to low.

Step 2Add cooked sausages, potatoes, carrots, curry powder, salt and pepper.

Step 3Simmer for approximately 40 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, broccoli, corn and natural yoghurt or sour cream.
