Ingredients
- 250 g English shortbread
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 100 g butter melted
- 800 g canned apple
Method

Step 1Place biscuits in blender until they resemble fine breadcrumbs.

Step 2Add brown sugar and mix well. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.

Step 3Place apples in ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 4Add crumble mixture and bake at 180C for approximately 25 minutes or until brown.
