Great little burgers for your next barbeque or simple Sunday night dinner.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef steak, minced
- 1 onion grated small
- 3 zucchini grated small
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 egg yolks
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Combine minced steak, onion, zucchini, soy sauce, ginger and egg yolk.

Step 2Shape into patties.

Step 3Barbeque or cook on a lightly oiled plate.

Step 4Serve on toasted buns with tomato, extra onion and lettuce.
