Ingredients

  • 100 g pickled artichokes, drained
  • 400 g can of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor until finely minced.
  • Step 2
    Serve with toasted bread and crackers of your choice.

Even more delicious when made the night before.
