Delicious dip for get-togethers.
Ingredients
- 100 g pickled artichokes, drained
- 400 g can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a food processor until finely minced.

Step 2Serve with toasted bread and crackers of your choice.
