Ingredients

  • 125 g White Wings Pavlova Magic Dessert Mix
  • 1/2 cup Home Brand desiccated coconut
  • 600 ml thickened cream
  • 2 mango sliced cheeks removed
  • 4 passionfruit halved pulp removed
  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbs mint *to decorate
  • 1 tbs shredded coconut toasted *to decorate

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 170C.
  • Step 2
    Line 3 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Draw a 20 cm disc on each piece of paper.
  • Step 3
    Prepare pavlova mix and fold in coconut.
  • Step 4
    Spoon meringue mixture evenly among the prepared discs and smooth the surfaces.
  • Step 5
    Bake, swapping the trays halfway through cooking, for 40 minutes or until the meringues are crisp and dry.
  • Step 6
    Turn oven off. Leave meringues in oven, with door ajar, to cool completely.
  • Step 7
    Place 1 meringue disc on a cake stand. Top with ⅓ of the cream and fruit, leaving a 2 cm border.
  • Step 8
    Repeat with remaining meringue, cream and fruit.
  • Step 9
    Garnish torte with mint and coconut.
