Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup millet
  • 350 g tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds ground
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1 onion

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 175C.
  • Step 2
    Lightly oil a loaf pan and set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a saucepan, bring water to boil, add millet seeds, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Puree tofu in a blender. Add the eggs and tomato juice, pour mixture into a bowl, fold in all other ingredients and stir.
  • Step 5
    Spread mixture in loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
