A great smoothie that dishes up 2 serves of dairy and 2 serves of fruit in every glass!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit
- 6 banana frozen
- 1 tsp honey optional
Method

Step 1Place ingredients into blender.

Step 2Blend until smooth.
Recipe Notes
You may need to add the frozen fruit a few pieces at a time if your blender has trouble. Chop bananas into 2 cm slices and keep in freezer for use in smoothies. Fresh banana can be used but smoothies won't be as thick. I use frozen mixed berries and vanilla yoghurt, but you can use any type of fruit and yoghurt flavour you like.
