Ingredients

  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 kg mixed fish seafood mix
  • 3 tbs green Thai curry paste
  • 1 tbs garlic minced
  • 250 g frozen green beans
  • 300 ml coconut milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Add oil, green curry paste and garlic to frypan and fry for one minute.
  • Step 2
    Add half the coconut milk and simmer for two minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add marinara mix and simmer until fully cooked.
  • Step 4
    Add beans and remaining coconut milk and simmer for five minutes.
Recipe Notes
You can substitute the marinara mix for diced chicken or beef. Serve with rice.
