Ingredients

500 g mushrooms sliced
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 tbs instant gravy powder
5 tsp oyster sauce
4 tbs cream
2 tbs butter

Method

Step 1

Melt butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms and cook over medium heat. Reduce heat and add oyster sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step 2

Stir in enough gravy mix to 1½ cups boiling water to make a gravy thickness to your liking. Add to mushrooms and stir.
Step 3

Before serving, stir in cream and serve.
