A must for mushroom lovers.
Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 tbs instant gravy powder
- 5 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbs cream
- 2 tbs butter
Method

Step 1Melt butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms and cook over medium heat. Reduce heat and add oyster sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 2Stir in enough gravy mix to 1½ cups boiling water to make a gravy thickness to your liking. Add to mushrooms and stir.

Step 3Before serving, stir in cream and serve.
