Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 kg chicken pieces
  • 35 g taco seasoning
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 x 200 ml taco sauce

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Combine breadcrumbs with taco seasoning mix.
  • Step 3
    Dip each chicken piece in taco sauce then roll in breadcrumb mix, coating well.
  • Step 4
    Place on a lightly greased tray and bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Equipment

  • 1 baking tray
Recipe Notes

Chicken drumsticks work well.

Serve with salad and rice.
