Just like takeaway, but better!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 400 g chicken breast fillet broken into chunks
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 onion sliced small
- 5 mushrooms sliced
- 440 g (pieces) canned pineapple
- 1/2 capsicum sliced
- 10 snow peas sliced
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornflour
Method

Step 1Heat oil in wok and add onion, garlic, ginger and chicken. Stir-fry until chicken in nearly cooked through.

Step 2Add other vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 3Add blended cornflour, stock and water, sauces, vinegar and sugar, stir until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

Step 4Serve with rice or noodles.
