A great family favourite. Loved by big and little kids.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 lamb cutlets
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Combine all ingredients, except cutlets, in a bowl.

Step 3Arrange cutlets in a shallow ovenproof dish.

Step 4Cover with sauce mix and cook for approximately 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
