Ingredients

  • 200 g Tassal Quick & Healthy smoked salmon
  • 4 individual pizza base
  • 4 tbs tomato napoli sauce
  • 50 g rocket leaves
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 2 tsp capers drained
  • 1 tbs fresh dill

Method

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Spread napoli sauce on pizza bases. Top with red onion, capers and mozzarella.
  • Step 3
    Place pizza bases on prepared baking tray. Bake for 10 mins, or until base is crispy.
  • Step 4
    Top with rocket and place pieces of smoked salmon on top. Garnish with fresh dill and slice pizza.
