Pizza night at your place? Try this new topping featuring smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- 200 g Tassal Quick & Healthy smoked salmon
- 4 individual pizza base
- 4 tbs tomato napoli sauce
- 50 g rocket leaves
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 250 g mozzarella
- 2 tsp capers drained
- 1 tbs fresh dill
Method

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2Spread napoli sauce on pizza bases. Top with red onion, capers and mozzarella.

Step 3Place pizza bases on prepared baking tray. Bake for 10 mins, or until base is crispy.

Step 4Top with rocket and place pieces of smoked salmon on top. Garnish with fresh dill and slice pizza.
