Ingredients

  • 500g thick sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • 3 cups Beef Style Liquid Stock
  • 2 tbs cornflour

Method

  • Step 1
    Pierce sausages and place them in a saucepan with enough cold water to cover them, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Drain and cool, then remove skins from sausages. Cut into bite-sized chunks.
  • Step 3
    Add potatoes, carrots, onion, peas and sausages to slow cooker.

  • Step 4
    Add stock and curry powder to slow cooker, cover, cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Step 5
    Add cornflour to slow cooker 30 minutes before serving, allow 20 minutes so sauce can thicken.
  • Step 6
    Serve with rice.
