An easy and yummy family meal.
Ingredients
- 500g thick sausage
- 1 large onion
- 5 potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 3 cups Beef Style Liquid Stock
- 2 tbs cornflour
Method

Step 1Pierce sausages and place them in a saucepan with enough cold water to cover them, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Step 2Drain and cool, then remove skins from sausages. Cut into bite-sized chunks.

Step 3Add potatoes, carrots, onion, peas and sausages to slow cooker.

Step 4Add stock and curry powder to slow cooker, cover, cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 5Add cornflour to slow cooker 30 minutes before serving, allow 20 minutes so sauce can thicken.

Step 6Serve with rice.
