Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 1 tbs garlic crushed
  • 1 tbs ginger
  • 1 tbs chilli
  • 1/2 kaffir lime leaf shredded
  • 375 tsp light & creamy evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp coconut essence

Method

  • Step 1
    Fry off spices and herbs in a non stick pot.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken and cook through slightly.
  • Step 3
    Add evaporated milk and essence.
  • Step 4
    Simmer gently for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
