Quick, easy and tasty all-in-one sausage pot.
Ingredients
- 500 g sausages partially cooked
- 400 g tomato soup
- 4 tbs cream
- 180 g frozen peas
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 30 g butter melted
- 2 potatoes cooled large thinly sliced
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Cut the sausages in half. Place in a casserole dish.

Step 3Combine the soup, cream, peas, onion, herbs and season.

Step 4Pour over the sausages.

Step 5Arrange the cooked potatoes on top. Dot with butter.

Step 6Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Recipe Notes
I use beef sausages.
You can evaporated milk instead of cream, or light evaporated milk.
May have to cook a little longer depending on quantities used.
